How Our Website Order Process Works:

Menus and Items:

Our website will allow you view all our current menus and place your order online as Pick Up or Delivery.
We have different requirement for delivery depending on the delivery address zone or the availability of items that can be allowed as Pick Up but not as delivery.
* PLEASE NOTE: We currently offer only the sandwiches as none catering items for pickup!

When adding item to your order, you will require to select based on our restrictions and setting per item. Some will have pre set size, minimum and maximum allowed and other. The system will allow or disallow as need to and will have the requirements presented.

Catering Event Date and Time

As we must know the date and time for your catering event, the system will ask you to enter it when the order process started - on clicking the Buy button. Delivery order can be placed 3 day in advance minimum and Pick up one day.
* Some of the days or hours may already fully booked or closed for any other reasons and the calendar will block and day/time slots that are not available.

 

Catering Pick Up Orders:

  1. The Catering Pick Up order is pre selected as default when you opening the website.
  2. You can click the Start Order button on home page or clicking the top bar Menus link from anywhere to view all Pick Up menus.
  3. Review the menus and items, per item select the size and options if have any, and add to your cart.
  4. When ready to checkout: Open the cart on top, click the Checkout button and provide all required fields to submit your order.
  5. Upon order successfully recorded, we will review it shortly after, contact you as needed and approve it.
  6. You will be automatically notified by email on any changes and can review your order under My Account dashboard (Login Required)

Regular Pick Up Orders:

  1. Select the Pick Up order in the website home page.
  2. You can click the Start Order button on home page or clicking the top bar Menus link from anywhere to view all Regular Pick Up menus.
  3. Review the menus and items, select any options per item if have any and add to your cart.
  4. When ready to checkout: Open the cart on top, click the Checkout button and provide all required fields to submit your order.

Catering Delivery Order:

  1. The Catering Pick Up order is pre selected as default when you opening the website.
  2. You can click the Catering Delivery button on home page or clicking on the top of the menus pages Change button.
  3. The next step you will require to enter your Delivery Address
  4. Our system will verify the address is inside our Delivery Zones or not. You can view the Delivery Zone Here
  5. If address passed zone validation, the correct delivery fee will be apply and you will be able to start your order.
  6. Review the menus and items, per item select the size and options if have any, and add to your cart.
  7. When ready to checkout: Open the cart on top, click the Checkout button and provide all required fields to submit your order.
  8. Upon order successfully recorded, we will review it shortly after, contact you as needed and approve it.
  9. You will be automatically notified by email on any changes and can review your order under My Account dashboard (Login Required)
